"I needed to swap a dress..."
I needed to swap a dress for a different size and the whole process was really simple. The return label was easy to understand, customer service got back to me quickly, and my exchange arrived sooner than I expected. No hassle at all

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered a dress from Coco & Lola. I was surprised by how nice it is. The fabric feels soft and not cheap at all. The stitching is really neat too.
It fits well and feels easy to wear. Not like something I’d only wear once. The colour was also close to the photos, which was a relief.
It is a bit on the pricey side. But the quality feels worth it to me. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"A bit slow, but it all worked out"
I ordered a dress from Coco & Lola and, i was a little nervous once it took a day or two longer than I expected. The shipping updates were decent though, and I felt relieved when it finally arrived in good condition. No major complaints in the end, the dress was fine, and I’m happy overall. I’d order from them again.

"Customer service took forever"
Getting a reply from customer service was a total pain. They took ages to get back to me, and when they finally did, the response wasn’t even that helpful. Useless, to be honest

"Pretty good fit overall"
The dress fit well, though it was a little snug around the waist. The sizing guide definitely helped a lot, so I was close on the size, but maybe if I’d gone up one size...
